These top events will certainly give you something to look forward to in Tampa this year. As you plan, make sure to check the event prior to going to see if it’s still on, but as of right now, these are the top events slated to happen in Tampa!
-2021 Annual Kumquat Festival 
2021-Bush Gardens Tampa Bay Food & Wine Festival- 10165 Mckinley Dr. Tampa- Ends April 25th
A world of taste awaits at the 2021 Bush Gardens Food & Wine festival. Full array of decadent dishes from all over the world. Samples of food , beer and wine from different countries. Live concerts from local bands to nationally recognized music talents. Your taste buds won’t want you to miss this event.
– Tampa Bay Seafood & Music Festival
By far, one of the most epic events for the Tampa Bay area is the annual Tampa Bay Seafood & Music Festival. You’ll find it at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park on the weekend of April 16th through April 18th. Starting at 4pm on the 16th, you can taste your way around this event. A VIP tent option is available for a larger fee with an open bar and children 12 and under get in for free. You’ll find amazing fresh seafood dishes, but if you’re more of a landlubber and prefer meat or even vegetarian options, there’s plenty for you as well. Don’t forget desserts and plenty of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic to keep you quenched under the Florida sunshine. Stop in and shop for handmade crafts plus gourmet items that you’ll get to enjoy long after he event is over.
The live music is all part of the fun as well. As of yet, the lineup for 2021 has yet to be announced, though in previous years, a mix of blues, rock, reggae, soul, country rock, and tribute bands kept the crowd going.
– Florida Vegan Gourmet Food Festival 2021
Looking for an event that mirrors your healthy vegan lifestyle? Perhaps you’ve always wanted to learn more about vegan foods. Whatever the case, bring the family to the USF Botanical Gardens on Sunday, May 2nd from 11am to 4pm for a journey into plant-based cuisine. A variety of delightful gourmet vegan dishes will be available for purchase. You’ll also get to see live cooking and food prep demos so you can try your hand at vegan cuisine at home.
A Zen experience awaits with an afternoon walk that turns into a meditation session. Channel your best inner vibes and feel good about yourself inside and out. Don’t forget to shop and support the local vegan-friendly businesses in Tampa. You’ll find arts, textiles, and food items all for sale.
Chef competitions and more await so bring a blanket to relax on while you enjoy this nature-friendly day. There will be free wine samples, giveaways, and opportunities to win special prizes. Kids 12 and under get in for free and the nominal costs make it a treat for everyone.
– Sunset Music Festival — Tampa Sports Authority
Groove to the best tunes in the electronic music realm at the Sunset Music Festival. Set to take place on Saturday, May 29th from 12pm to 9pm, dance from day to night with top artists from around the world. Only for ages 18 and up, the wild lineup will have you in the zone. Doc Marten, AC Slater, Lizzy Jane, Malaa, Paz, Swarm, and dozens more performers are ready to spin you right around!
– Tampa Bay Comic Con
Summer is looking even better in Tampa Bay with the Tampa Bay Comic Con. Come one and come all starting from Friday, July 30th through Sunday, August 1st at the Tampa Convention Center. Noted as the largest and truest comic con event, you’ll find exhibitors that have all the things you need.
From comic books and magazines to toys and games, you’ll see Star Wars, Star Trek, anime, cosplay, artwork, sketches, and clothing. Don’t miss the chance to do a meet and greet with some of your favorite comic-related notables and make some incredible memories!
